Server
A server is primarily responsible for serving the highest quality food and beverages to Guests and providing them with an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
- Servers must be 18 or older and meet the local requirements for serving food and alcoholic beverages.
- A certain amount of preparation and maintenance will also be required. Management will inform employees of these duties during the training period.
- Servers should be comfortable and at ease with Guests in an efficient, friendly and polite manner.
- Check and maintain quality and speed of service.
- Follow established recipes, plate presentations, portions, and temperatures for consistency and freshness.
- Maintain clean workspaces and complete all required side work.
